Ticket refunds

Dear viewers!

To return or exchange a ticket, please visit our sales locations at the following address: Dordoi Plaza 2, 1st floor, next to the Belagio coffee shop (please bring your passport, printed tickets, and a printed screenshot of your receipt). Ticket exchanges (replacements) are processed by returning the ticket at the sales location.

Please note that when returning a ticket using the Company's service, a commission is charged based on the face value of the ticket.

Commission amount:

• if the exchange or return of a ticket is carried out upon the buyer's request for a refund no less than 5 (five) business days before the day of the event, the commission will be 10 (ten)% of the face value of the ticket,
• if the exchange or return of a ticket is carried out upon the buyer’s request less than 5 (five) business days in advance, but not less than 3 (three) business days in advance, the commission will be 20 (twenty)% of the face value of the ticket.

Ticket exchange or refund is not possible within 3 (three) business days prior to the event.

Ticket refunds are made in cash from 11:00 to 20:00 (via prior voice or WhatsApp notifications by phone) +996 501 500 500).

If the Event Organizer is responsible for the exchange or return of the ticket, please contact the Event Organizer.

The event organizer reserves the right to refuse a refund to the Buyer if the ticket has physical damage (including, but not limited to: tears, erasures, marks, bends, corrections, inscriptions not made by the organizer, missing "control" stub, etc.).
