How to buy tickets

How to purchase tickets online using Visa / MasterCard:

On the TICKET.KG website, select the event you are interested in (click on the selected event) - click on "BUY A TICKET" - the link will take you to a seating map or, depending on the event, to the seat selection (without reference to seating) - select a seat or the required number of seats - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - enter in the "BUYER DETAILS" section: E-mail (current postal address to which tickets will be sent) and mobile phone number (format 996ХХХХХХХХХ).

From the payment methods (section "PAYMENT"), select "Visa/MasterCard" - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - the site will redirect you to the payment field, fill in all the required fields for your bank card, through which the payment is made: "Card number", "Card expiration date", "CVV2 / CVC2", "Card owner" - all information is entered strictly as indicated on the bank card and the last item "E-mail address" is also indicated again in the field for receiving a payment receipt.

Important: If you do not receive an SMS notification, please check the PUSH notifications in the bank application on your mobile phone. If you still have not received the security code (SMS with the code), please use another payment method.

Also make sure that the online payment function is enabled for your card at the bank.

How to purchase tickets online through the M-Bank app:

On the TICKET.KG website, select the event you are interested in (click on the selected event) - click on "BUY A TICKET" - the link will take you to a seating map or to the seat selection (without being tied to seating), depending on the event - select a seat or the required number of seats - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - enter in the "BUYER DETAILS" section: E-mail (the current postal address to which tickets will be sent) and mobile phone number (format 996ХХХХХХХХХ).

From the payment methods (PAYMENT section), select "M-Bank Mobile Banking" - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - the system will generate a one-time code (detail), which will be sent via SMS to the M-Bank phone number - enter the detail number on the website - make the payment - receive tickets.

Important: This payment information is valid for 1 hour. You must enter the phone number registered with M-Bank.

How to purchase tickets online through terminal networks PAY 24 / QuickPay / UMAI:

On the TICKET.KG website, select the event you are interested in (click on the selected event) - click on "BUY A TICKET" - the link will take you to a seating map or, depending on the event, to the seat selection (without being tied to seating) - select a seat or the required number of seats - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - enter in the "BUYER DETAILS" section: E-mail (the current postal address to which tickets will be sent) and mobile phone number (format 996ХХХХХХХХХ).

From the payment methods (section "PAYMENT"), select "Terminals" - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - the system generates a one-time code (detail) for entering into the terminal - find TICKET.KG (PAY 24: tab "TICKETS and RECREATION" or QuickPay: tab "ONLINE STORES") - click on the TICKET.KG logo - enter the detail number - make the payment - receive tickets.

Important: The payment details are valid for 1 hour. Payment must be made in one payment, the exact amount of tickets plus the terminal fee. Unfortunately, we do not issue change.

How to purchase tickets online using the app Мой О!:

On the TICKET.KG website, select the event you are interested in (click on the selected event) - click on "BUY A TICKET" - the link will take you to a seating map or, depending on the event, to the seat selection (without being tied to seating) - select a seat or the required number of seats - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - enter in the "BUYER DETAILS" section: E-mail (the current postal address to which tickets will be sent) and mobile phone number (format 996ХХХХХХХХХ).

From the payment methods (section "PAYMENT"), select "Мой О!" - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - the system generates a QR code - open the "Мой О!" application - scan the QR code or follow the payment link - make the payment from your balance or phone wallet - receive your tickets.

Important: This payment link and QR code are valid for 1 hour!

How to purchase tickets online using the app MegaPay:

On the TICKET.KG website, select the event you are interested in (click on the selected event) - click on "BUY A TICKET" - the link will take you to a seating map or, depending on the event, to the seat selection (without being tied to seating) - select a seat or the required number of seats - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - enter in the "BUYER DETAILS" section: E-mail (the current postal address to which the tickets will be sent) and the mobile phone number linked to MegaPay (format 996ХХХХХХХХХ).

From the payment methods (section "PAYMENT"), select "MegaPay" - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - an SMS with a one-time PIN code will be sent to your MegaPay wallet number, which must be entered in the one-time PIN code field - click pay - receive your tickets.

How to purchase tickets online using the app ЭЛСОМ:

On the TICKET.KG website, select the event you are interested in (click on the selected event) - click on "BUY A TICKET" - the link will take you to a seating map or, depending on the event, to the seat selection (without being tied to seating) - select a seat or the required number of seats - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - enter in the "BUYER DETAILS" section: E-mail (the current postal address to which tickets will be sent) and mobile phone number (format 996ХХХХХХХХХ).

From the payment methods (section "PAYMENT"), select "ЭЛСОМ" - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - enter the ЭЛСОМ wallet number - click "NEXT", an SMS with a one-time password will be sent to the ЭЛСОМ wallet number, which must be entered in the one-time password field, and in the PIN field, enter your PIN from the ЭЛСОМ application - make the payment - receive your tickets.

Important: You must enter two different codes. The PIN for your ELSOM wallet and the SMS code are different passwords!

How to purchase tickets online using the app Элкарт Мобайл:

On the TICKET.KG website, select the event you are interested in (click on the selected event) - click on "BUY A TICKET" - the link will take you to a seating map or, depending on the event, to the seat selection (without being tied to seating) - select a seat or the required number of seats - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - enter in the "BUYER DETAILS" section: E-mail (the current postal address to which tickets will be sent) and mobile phone number (format 996ХХХХХХХХХ).

From the payment methods (section "PAYMENT"), select "Элкарт Мобайл" - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - the system will generate a QR code - open the "Элкарт Мобайл" application - select the icon with the QR code and scan the QR code on the monitor screen or follow the payment link indicated below the QR code, the link is highlighted in blue - make the payment, if the payment is correct, the tickets will be sent to your email address specified earlier.

Important: This payment link and QR code are valid for 1 hour!

How to purchase tickets online using a payment method Элкарт:

On the TICKET.KG website, select the event you are interested in (click on the selected event) - click on "BUY A TICKET" - the link will take you to a seating map or, depending on the event, to the seat selection (without being tied to seating) - select a seat or the required number of seats - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - enter in the "BUYER DETAILS" section: E-mail (the current postal address to which tickets will be sent) and mobile phone number (format 996ХХХХХХХХХ).

From the payment methods (section "PAYMENT"), select "Элкарт" - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - the site will redirect you to the payment field, fill in all the required fields for your bank card through which the payment is made: "Card number", "Card expiration date (MM/YY)", "CVC" - all information is entered strictly as indicated on the bank card.

Important: If you do not receive an SMS notification, please check the PUSH notifications in the bank application on your mobile phone. If you still have not received the Security Code (SMS with the code), please use another payment method.

Also make sure that the online payment function is enabled for your card at the bank.

How to purchase tickets online using the app Optima 24:

On the TICKET.KG website, select the event you are interested in (click on the selected event) - click on "BUY A TICKET" - the link will take you to a seating map or to the seat selection (without being tied to seating), depending on the event - select a seat or the required number of seats - click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" - enter in the "BUYER DETAILS" section: E-mail (the current postal address to which tickets will be sent) and mobile phone number (format 996ХХХХХХХХХ).

From the payment methods (PAYMENT section), select "Optima24 Mobile Banking" and click "PROCEED TO PAYMENT." The system will generate a one-time code (payment details) that you will need to enter in the Optima24 app. You'll need to log in to the Optima24 banking app and then go to the Payments section:

Option 1:

In the payments section, there's a search bar called "What do you want to pay?" Type "Ticket.kg" into it, then click on the name. The website will generate a one-time payment code. Enter the payment code in the Code field and click "Check balance." The app will display the amount due, then you can pay.

Option 2:

In the payments section, you'll find the "Online Stores" section. Find Ticket.kg in this section. The website will generate a one-time code—the "Details" code. Enter it in the "CODE" field. Then, click "Check Balance." The app will display the amount due, and then you can pay.

Important: The details are valid for 1 hour! You must pay for your tickets within 1 hour. If you don't pay for the generated details within 1 hour, the code will no longer be valid and your tickets will not be emailed to you.
